Kebab Cooking Masterclass in London with Chef Manu Canales at Kebab Queen

We're thrilled to announce that Kebab Queen's Executive Chef Manu Canales is launching a series of cooking classes in London, starting this Autumn at Kebab Queen in Covent Garden.

Each masterclass covers both foundational and advanced techniques you can genuinely take home and use: breadmaking, butchery, grilling, sauce-making, and how to actually use spices rather than just measure them out. Classes are built around themed menus – game, BBQ and grill, vegan, and seafood – each one pulling directly from Kebab Queen's own menu.

Manu brings a biology background to his cooking, and it shows in how he teaches – a genuinely technical, scientific approach to why a dish works, not just how to follow the steps. Participants cook and eat their own preparations throughout, working alongside Manu rather than just watching. No prior cooking experience is needed; every cooking workshop is built to work for complete beginners and experienced home cooks alike. Expect a proper hands-on food masterclass in London, not a demo you watch from a stool.
