1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.eatlebab.com ("Site") and your relationship with Le Bab ("we", "us", or "our").

1.3 By using our Site, placing an order, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. DEFINITIONS
"Contract" means the agreement between you and us for the supply of food and/or services.
"Order" means a request for food, beverages, or catering services placed by you.
"Restaurant Booking" means a reservation for dining at one of our physical locations.
"Catering Services" means the provision of food and beverages for events, film sets, private parties, or corporate functions.
3. RESTAURANT BOOKINGS & TAKEAWAY ORDERS
3.1 Bookings: When you make a restaurant booking via our Site or through a third-party platform, you are requesting a table at one of our London locations (including Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford Circus, Battersea Power Station, Canary Wharf, Spitalfields Market, and Victoria). We reserve the right to hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time.
3.2 Takeaway Orders: Orders placed for collection or delivery are subject to availability. We will confirm your Order via email or SMS. Once confirmed, the Contract is formed.
3.3 Age Restrictions: We operate a Challenge 25 policy for the sale of alcohol. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked for valid photographic ID.
3.4 Third-Party Platforms: Orders placed through third-party delivery or collection platforms (e.g., Deliveroo) are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms regarding ordering, payment processing, delivery timeframes, and refund policies.
4. CATERING SERVICES
4.1 Quotations: All quotes provided for Catering Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on final guest numbers, menu selections, and specific requirements.
4.2 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be confirmed in your quotation.
4.3 Final Guest Numbers: Final guest numbers must be provided no later than 5 working days before the event. You will be invoiced based on these final numbers.
4.4 Menu Changes: We source free-range British meat and seasonal produce. As a result, specific menu items may be subject to change based on seasonal availability. We will notify you of any significant changes.
4.5 Dietary Requirements: We offer vegetarian, vegan, and halal options. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 72 hours before your event. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our kitchens.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1 All prices displayed on our Site are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Payment: For restaurant and takeaway orders, payment is due at the time of order. For Catering Services, payment terms will be specified in your contract (typically 50% deposit and 50% balance due 7 days before the event).
5.3 We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment details.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Restaurant Bookings: We kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation or amendment of a restaurant booking. To secure your reservation, payment card details may be required at the time of booking via our reservation platform. We reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 per person to the card provided in the event of a "no-show" or if the booking is cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice.
6.2 Takeaway Orders: If you wish to cancel a takeaway order, please contact us immediately. If the food has already been prepared, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
6.3 Catering Services: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
6.4 Food Quality: In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of our food, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. We will investigate and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
6.5 Statutory Right to Cancel Exception: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel contracts within 14 days does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs or beverages intended for immediate consumption, or to services relating to leisure activities provided on a specific date (such as restaurant bookings and catering services).
7. DELIVERY (CATERING & TAKEOAWAY)
7.1 Delivery is available within the London area. Specific delivery zones and minimum order values apply.
7.2 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check that the order is complete and in good condition. Any issues must be reported immediately.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and recipes, is the property of Le Bab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Site without our prior written permission.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business, arising from your use of our Site or services.
9.3 Our total liability to you in connection with any Order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that Order.
10. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY
10.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws (including the UK GDPR).
10.2 By using our Site and services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemic, government restrictions, or severe weather conditions.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 These Terms and any Contract between us are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
13.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Site. Continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
