LE BAB X RIO NUEVO COLLAB SPECIAL

We’re all about trying new things, and this time we’ve teamed with one of our favourite speciality chocolate brands @rio_nuevo_chocolate to bring you a totally unique, month long collab menu! 

It is inspired by the incredible Mexican dish “Mole Poblano” (Stephen’s favourite), which incorporates chocolate into a deep, complex sauce, that layers spice, fruit and nuts, with savoury umami. We hope you guys enjoy! xx
