We’re committed to using 100% free-range meat in all of our dishes - we believe that healthy meat shouldn’t cost the earth, however, improving on animal welfare usually means higher carbon emissions. We are working closely with local farmers to help keep our emissions as low as we can.

With this in mind, our meat is always ethically sourced from local British farms. As well as dramatically improving animal welfare, free range and organic farming use fewer energy-intensive methods, whilst also improving the land quality by conserving soil and reducing erosion and water pollution.
