We’re reinvigorating kebabs with provenance, seasonality and technique honed in Michelin-starred kitchens.
Our kitchen team have come together to explore new approaches to this ancient dish.
The kebabs combine brilliant seasonal ingredients with the wood-fired flavours of the Middle East, Near East and South Asia.
We cook on a wood and charcoal-fired robata.
EAT WITH US
We’re channelling the best, most local and sustainable produce into our kebabs. We use wild and free-range meats along with truly seasonal vegetables, sourced predominantly from the UK. The only ingredients imported from warmer climes are the spices. We love wine; we love beer; we love cocktails.
We’ve curated a small, unusual selection of these to enjoy with the kebabs, and we hope you love them as much as we do.
